TSiBA’s Mentorship Training Programme Celebrate Final Presentations

TSiBA’s mentorship programme with the Knysna Municipality Finance Interns culminated in a final presentation for the year titled “What is my success?”. The Interns presented aspirational career plans to the Supply Chain, Legal and Human Resources Departments to gain support and advise on their next steps, post their National Treasury Finance Internship which ends in April 2017. These future leaders are all aiming for careers in government and have spent significant time conceptualising projects that can add value to the municipality. TSiBA students are looking forward to engaging with them and the Mayor of the Knysna Municipality at the Youth Summit on the 2-3 December next week!
