TSiBA Education operates as a Section 21 not for profit company that is governed by the Board of Directors who oversee strategic matters.

Academic standards are monitored by TSiBA’s Academic Advisory Council (AAC) and core operations are managed by TSiBA’s Management Committee who work closely with the Student Representative Council (SRC) on each campus.

Refer to TSiBA’s PAIA manual here.
