Our Future and Sustainability

To date, we have proved that TSiBA produces excellent graduates and that our unique model is replicable. In the medium term we are reliant on donor funding and are actively seeking new partnerships. In the interests of long term sustainability, we have created the TSiBA Trust. The Trust is designed to facilitate mutually beneficial relationships with organisations that seek empowerment credentials in accordance with the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act.

TSiBA can offer value across all of the Codes of Good Practice and is therefore the ideal empowerment partner. Our endowment funds have been invested with BoE and Investec. Interest from these long term investments currently generates approximately 10% of our annual income and we are looking to grow this significantly. For more information about the Fund and how to sponsor TSiBA in cash or kind so that we can avail more scholarships, please visit the Partnerships section.

The Tertiary School in Business Administration (TSiBA) was founded in 2004 with a vision to “Ignite Opportunity”.  Our mission is to be an innovative learning community that graduates entrepreneurial leaders who ignite opportunity and social change.
