Rayne Moses (TSiBA SRC President) is invited to speak at a Public Conversation featuring Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu, Professor Barnard Lategan, Ferial Haffajee and Sipho Pityana. SRC presidents; Amanda Ngwenya (UCT), Jan Greyling (Stellenbosch), Ayabulela Mahlathi (UWC) and Noncedo Bulani ( Khayelitsha Community Organiser) will also be in conversation.  The question to be explored is ” What does civil responsibility mean in our troubled times?”

This event will be at UCT’s middle campus on the 24th August at 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm. Following the event, Rayne is invited to a private, by-invitation-only reception at the Kramer Common Room which will be hosted by UCT Deputy Vice Chancellor Professor Thandabantu Nhlapo. Prof. Pumla Gobodo-Madikizela is the co-host of this reception.
