TSiBA Cape Town’s Open Day 31st August 09h00 - 12h00

08 Aug 2013

Planning to study further is one of the most important choices you will ever make.  But not everyone has the means to pay for tertiary studies.  The Tertiary School in Business Administration (TSiBA) is a unique private, not-for-profit business school created to assist people who have difficulty in accessing educational opportunities with tuition scholarships to help them get a jump start in life. TSiBA’s mission is to provide excellent business education for people with a social conscience who have the desire and the skills to build our nation. For this reason, TSiBA students who are on full scholarships are not obligated to ‘pay back’ their scholarships, but commit to ‘Pay it Forward’ into their communities.  So what are you waiting for?  Visit TSiBA’s Open Day between 09h00 and 12h00 Saturday 31st August 2013 to experience the campus and hear about it directly from staff and students.

TSiBA is registered and fully accredited with the Department of Higher Education as a private higher education institution.  TSiBA Cape Town’s academic programme consists of an accredited Higher Certificate in Business Administration (HCBA) which is a stand-alone certificate and also acts as a bridging year into TSiBA’s accredited and enriched Bachelor in Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Leadership. The curriculum uniquely integrates knowledge, skills and attitude. TSiBA’s unique ‘Profile of Graduateness’ has been carefully designed to match the needs of employers and the competencies needed to be a successful entrepreneur. TSiBA also offers a new accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Small Enterprise Consulting.  TSiBA has two campuses in the Western Cape – an urban campus in Pinelands, Cape Town and a rural campus, TSiBA Eden, in the town of Karatara, near Knysna.

To be accepted at TSiBA applicants need to have matric, but can apply with a higher certificate instead of a degree level pass. Those who are older than 25 years can apply for recognition of prior learning. Applications for 2014 are now officially open and close on the 30th September.
