Course Overview

This course is designed to equip entry-level professionals with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to excel in coaching and mentoring roles within diverse organisational settings. Participants are exposed to proven methodologies for awakening and optimising management and leadership capabilities that enhance organisational performance. Underpinned by proven mentoring and coaching principles, the course design targets supporting competencies notably goal-setting, effective communication and motivation.

By the end of this course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of coaching and mentoring principles, and the ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios while upholding ethical standards and professional best practices.
