You should apply for the TSiBA Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree.

Applications for the 2019 academic year open on Friday the 28th September 2018.

Application to the Bachelor of Business Administration degree at TSiBA works on an admissions points system, based on your Grade 12 academic performance.

The TSIBA Point System
In the table below the weighted system for calculating points illustrates how the scores derived from a candidate’s performance in Grade 12 are used in the calculation to determine eligibility of a candidate.


In the section below, read about the minimum entry requirements and how to calculate your admission points; If you are successful and you have accumulated the minimum required points, then follow the 4 easy steps to complete your application to TSiBA. Please note that TSiBA considers online web-based applications only. There is no application fee.


●  You must be in possession of a NSCertificate (Grade 12) with a Bachelor Pass or be in Grade 12 at the time of application
●  A minimum of 27 points is required to be eligible for admission to the TSiBA undergraduate degree
●  A maximum of six subjects are scored; if you have taken seven subjects, the six highest and most relevant subjects are scored
●  Two additional subjects are chosen from the designated subject list below.
●  The TSiBA designated subject list includes the following four compulsory subjects: Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy, two official Languages (English as either Home Language or First Additional Language) and Life Orientation.


Students from other tertiary institutions
If you were previously registered at another higher learning or tertiary institution, you must submit all your original academic records issued by each institution at which you were previously registered. This academic record(s) must indicate all modules passed and failed, as well as modules for which you are currently registered.

International Students
If you are a foreign student wishing to pursue your undergraduate studies at TSiBA, you will be required to provide proof of English competence during the application process. Moreover, you will need to comply with all relevant South African laws and regulations pertaining to study permits, and the validation of foreign qualifications with the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
TSiBA accepts applications for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) from students wishing to gain access to any of our academic programmes. To qualify for RPL application, applicants must meet the requirements below:
●  Applicant must be over the age of 25 at time of application
●  Applicants must NOT be in possession of a National Senior Certificate or equivalent
●  Applicant must demonstrate prior learning through a comprehensive portfolio of evidence, with supporting documentation.
