Students are expected to display higher order thinking skills such as discernment, systems awareness, curiosity and the ability to deal with complexity.
The revised (2022) BBA curriculum offers two learning streams or areas of specialisation, namely, Entrepreneurial Leadership (EL) and Entrepreneurial Finance and Investment Administration (EFIA). At the core of both streams is the progressive development of competencies in entrepreneurship and essential functional and general management courses. Additionally, EL students concentrate on leadership development while those specialising in EFIA concentrate in Finance, investment management, and related courses. Several electives allow students to tailor their personal learning journeys within these two broad streams depending on their career aspirations.
